Listing your home on the MLS with the professional skills it takes to make it sell for top dollar is a skill that not all agents possess. Look at the spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, photos of agents in the mirror holding their phone, lack of proper documentation, and terrible communication that so many agents are making. It is the reason I became an agent the first place: I couldn't find a good agent, so I became one.
